1. Are your tours Private?
There are Private tours and there are Group tours. Fatima Experience does mostly Private tours. We believe this is the best way of offering personal, unique and memorable tours. Just you your family or friends.
2. Is your tour company licensed by Tourism of Portugal?
Fatima Experience is licensed and registered by Tourism of Portugal. According to Portuguese law, every tour company must be licensed and registered in Tourism of Portugal to operate legally. Is it important? Yes it is, because a licensed company will have all the mandatory insurances and will offer you a professional service, and you are protected in case you experience any problem.
3. In the food and wine tours, do you use quality products?
Our food and wine tours always include the best quality products, and many of them are local products. When you book a food and wine tour, all these quality products are included in the price you pay.
4. If I have allergies or food restrictions, can I still do a food and wine tour?
We will try our best to adapt or adjust the tastings to you. You just have to let us know in advance if you have any allergies/restrictions.
5. What languages do you have available?
We are currently offering tours in English and Portuguese. Other languages are subject to availability and extra charge, only upon request.
6. How do I book a tour?
The process is really easy. You just have to choose the tour you want to do and click BOOK NOW, fill out the form and send. Then we will send you an email to confirm if there is availability and the tour.
7. Can I cancel a tour?
If you have to cancel a tour, please inform us as soon as possible.
8. Should I tip the guide?
In Portugal, if you tip the guide, it is considered as a reward for good service. To give a tip, as well as the value of that tip, is your personal choice.
